How do I set my email up on my iPhone/iPad?

Some people have experienced problems when setting up their email on their iPhone or iPad when using POP3 settings, it appears that when the iOS device connects to your mailbox using POP3 it locks the mailbox to retrieve your messages and then when it has completed it doesn't unlock it, meaning if you connect to your mailbox from another location you will recieve an error that your mailbox is locked and you will have to wait several minutes for your mailbox to automatically unlock.

Because of the above problem it is recommended that you set up your email using IMAP and not POP3.

For the specific setting infromation for your email account log into your Superia admin console and go to Configuration > Email > Email accounts and edit the required email account (or create a new one), the information for you to connect to your mailbox is displayed here.
